 Job Title: Marketing Development Specialist

We are a fast-growing consulting firm that specializes in various areas, including financial advisory, customizes development planning, and education consulting firm, seeking an experienced Marketing Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing efforts to attract and retain clients, expand our market reach, and promote our services in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competition.

• Create and design marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and clients.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

• Seek opportunities for business development with the UK and expand our business rapidly 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a consulting firm or financial services industry.

• Experience in developing marketing plans and strategies.

• Strong management, communication, and negotiation skills

• Experience in the financial services or consulting industry is a plus.

• Chinese Mandarin/English preferred
